Define the brief
Set the product, intended use, origin, specifications, indicative volume, delivery window and destination.
Sourcing, with a brief first
Our sourcing model is buyer-led: define the need, qualify the right candidates, agree the terms and assess the capacity required to deliver them.
A measured start
Agronex is developing sourcing, aggregation and processing partnerships rather than presenting a standing stock offer. Availability, processing, lead time and price are confirmed only after a product and supplier qualification process.
We work from the buyer’s intended use and delivery context, then build an evidence trail through origin, lot records, samples and agreed testing.

The four-step engagement
Each stage creates a clear decision point for buyers, suppliers and the Agronex team.
Set the product, intended use, origin, specifications, indicative volume, delivery window and destination.
Review candidate suppliers, origin, actual availability, representative samples and the tests required.
Confirm approved quality, price, delivery, inspection, payment and each party’s responsibilities in a written contract.
Where demand justifies it, evaluate cleaning, grading, collection, storage and logistics capacity separately. This is a feasible future pathway, not an existing facility claim.
