Please do not include passwords, bank details, government identification documents or confidential information that is not needed for an initial discussion.
Why we use it
Agronex Ventures Limited uses your details to assess the inquiry, understand the proposed sourcing or partnership requirements, and follow up with you. The form requires your permission for this handling before submission. An inquiry does not create a supply agreement or constitute supplier approval.
Private storage and review
Submissions are stored in a managed database and are not published on this website. An internal notification is sent to the authorized project owner so the inquiry can be reviewed. Website hosting, database storage and internal notifications use Manus-managed infrastructure. There is no public inquiry directory or publicly accessible inquiry-record endpoint.
Access and retention
Access is limited through authorized project-management tools. Inquiry information is kept for commercial assessment, follow-up and any records reasonably needed for the relationship. The website does not set an automatic deletion period. Please avoid submitting more personal information than the inquiry requires.
Questions, corrections and requests
You may use the private inquiry form to request a correction, ask about the handling of your information or withdraw permission for further inquiry follow-up. Include your inquiry reference if you have one. Requests are reviewed by the company; the website does not offer automatic deletion.
Website operation
The application does not require an account or set its own tracking cookies. The hosting platform may process operational logs and website analytics. External font services may receive ordinary browser requests when fonts load. Rate limiting and basic form validation help protect the inquiry service against misuse.
